Wichita’s Sister City is Orleans, France. On April 7th, 2025 a delegation from Orleans visited Wichita. One of the Wichita events of their visit was a visit to Bleckley Foundation’s Workshop. The program of that event included a presentation by McConnell Air Force Base’s Commander and Color Guard!
